This is a studio loft condo designed for up to 4 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies. It is located on the 3rd of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in on the wall on the main level next to the deck (what a view!) (counts as a common space) and there's a full / double bed in the loft (counts as 1 bedroom). You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The HOA has closed the POOL HOUSE for the INDOOR pool, hot tubs, and spas for roof repair. Right now the ETA for INDOOR POOL HOUSE reopening is sometime in April-May 2024. We do NOT yet have an official date so it is closed until announced here. 4/11/24: The outdoor pool is now open for the season until Labor Day (and beyond depending on weather)! The hours are 900AM to 945PM daily. The pool is heated and it may not be warm enough for use during very cold temperatures. Guests swim at their own risk. The indoor pool and hot tubs remain closed until further notice due to renovation.
