There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Be sure to check out our photo gallery for a "tour" of the condo. Fully stocked kitchen to cook and entertain after a day at the beach. You may wish to take steaks, burgers or hot dogs to the grilling area of the complex. There you will find a picnic table, a double swing, and a huge dose of relaxation. Enjoy the pools: inside (located on the 3rd floor) or outdoors. For more relaxation spend time in the sauna. If you want to keep up your exercise regimen, you can work out in the exercise room located on the 4th floor. Spa tub jets are no longer working, so tub is being used as a soaking tub. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions. Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash) All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.
