Located on the first floor this 2 bedroom/2 bath villa has a spacious layout and is beautifully decorated. The living room has a new sofa and love seat and flat screen TV separate dining area and kitchen with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, beautiful wood cabinets, granite counters and a bar that opens up to the living room with two bar stools. There is a stack washer and dryer for your convenience in the kitchen. The deck off the living room overlooks the grounds. The master has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds with a full bathroom across the hall. There is a deck off of the living room and another sitting area as you enter the condo. The complex has a large swimming pool for your enjoyment, and it is only 50 yards from the front door of our villa.
